Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful sea breeze, surrounded by crystal-clear water and soft sandy shores. Improve your flexibility, balance, and strength while taking in breathtaking views of nature’s beauty. Each class is an unforgettable experience tailored to your needs that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply relaxed - fully connected with yourself and the nature around you. Breathe, flow, and restore your inner calm on the beautiful Playa San Juan.

I will guide you in yoga styles of your choice – hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, or deeply relaxing yin. You can also enrich your experience with calming pranayama breathing practices, yoga nidra elements and unique sound bath sessions that bring body and mind into harmony.

Everything you need is provided – yoga mats and supportive props – so you only bring comfortable clothes and an open heart. Classes are available in Polish, English, or Spanish, so everyone can feel welcome.

As your guide on the mat, I bring not only passion but also solid expertise: I am a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, with over 1100+ hours of yoga education and 900+ hours of teaching experience. I am also a certified personal trainer, Blackroll® instructor, and neurotrainer. On top of that, I teach anatomy, pranayama, and sequencing on international Yoga Teacher Trainings – so you can feel safe, supported, and inspired in every class.
