You can cancel your tour for free To cancel your tour, log in to your account, select the desired tour, and click the "Cancel" button. If you want to cancel your tour after the date of the tour or if there are any special circumstances that prevent you from attending the tour, please fill out a refund request. We will review your request and respond to you within 10 days

If you have any questions about the tour.You can write to the organizer in the chat via your personal account. You need to click on the Name of the organizer in the header of the tour description, the site will direct you to the guide's general page where you can write him a message. The organizer will receive the email and respond as soon as possible. The response will be sent by email and in private messages on the website. The organizer may be on another tour, so the answer may come in a few hours. After booking the tour, you will also receive the organizer's phone number, which you can use to contact them.
